HSI website will be out of commission from September 11 (Fri.) 4:30 pm to September 14 (Mon.) 10:00 am due to a planned power outage on September 13(Sun.) on HU Sapporo Campus.

With this planned power outage, all buildings on HU Sapporo campus including libraries will be closed on September 13 (Sun.), 2026.
