Hokkaido University
Proudly Offers Relearning Program for Working Adults(starting in June)

Hokkaido University will again offer a summer school for working adults this year. The content and level of classes will vary from topics such as the SDGs, which you may want to relearn, to topics for those who want to further develop their own areas of expertise.

Classes are offered between June and October. You can take subjects of your choice from 145 options*.

*Some subjects are available only to regular students.

The duration of the classes ranges from two days to one week. There are two types of classes: face-to-face classes taken at Hokkaido University, and online classes that can be taken at a location of your choice. Each class is 90 minutes. Tuition starts at 38,000 yen for eight classes.

You may choose relearning in Hokkaido in conjunction with summer vacation travel, or you may take on the challenge of acquiring new skills from a wide variety of classes. If you enjoy your fleeting time on campus at Hokkaido University, you will almost feel like a regular Hokkaido University student. There are many different ways to take part in the Hokkaido Summer Institute. Researchers from Hokkaido University and around the world await your participation!
